Steps
  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Pollenbright Druid.
  2. Magnanimous Magistrate triggers, causing you to remove two counters from it and return Pollenbright Druid from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When Pollenbright Druid enters the battlefield, proliferate, putting two reprieve counters on Magnanimous Magistrate.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing any player to mill a card.
  5. Repeat.

Combo 2 with Toph, Greatest Earthbender + Power Depot + Crystalline Crawler

Show steps
  1. Play Power Depot, which will enter with a +1/+1 counter on it due to its modular ability
  2. Cast Toph either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{R}{G} plus commander tax if applicable.
  3. When Toph enters, it triggers, earthbending Power Depot and putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Power Depot equal to the mana spent to cast Toph, increased by Pir.
  4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Power Depot.
  5. When Power Depot dies, its modular ability and Toph trigger.
  6. Resolve the modular trigger, putting the +1/+1 counters that were on Power Depot onto Crystalline Crawler, increased by Pir.
  7. Resolve the Toph trigger, returning Power Depot from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. Power Depot will enter with a +1/+1 counter on it due to its modular ability
  8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  9. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Toph. Choose to return Toph from your graveyard to the command zone.
  10. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding {R/G}.
  11. Repeat step 10 until you have enough mana to cast Toph.
  12. Repeat from step 2.

Show steps
  1. Cast Crystalline Crawler giving it 5 +1/+1 counters because of Pir, Imaginative Rascal and harden scales.
  2. Remove all five counters getting {W} {U} {B} {R} {G}.
  3. Sacrifice Crawler to Altar milling target player 1.
  4. Pay Sigil's cost of {1}{W} returning Crawler to hand.
  5. Recast Crystalline Crawler for all of the remaining floating mana giving it six +1/+1 counters.
  6. Remove all six counters netting {6} of assorted colors containing {W} {W} {U} {B} {R} {G}.
  7. Repeat steps 4-7 adding mana along the way.
