  3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.

  3. Sacrifice Crawler to Altar milling target player 1.
  4. Pay Sigil's cost of {1}{W} returning Crawler to hand.
  5. Recast Crystalline Crawler for all but one of the remaining floating mana giving it eight +1/+1 counters.
