Steps
  1. Cast Reins of the Vinesteed by paying {3}{G}, attaching it to a Spirit.
  2. Reins of the Vinesteed enters the battlefield, triggering Chishiro, creating a 2/2 Spirit token.
  3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature with Reins of the Vinesteed attached.
  4. The creature dies, triggering Reins of the Vinesteed, returning Reins of the Vinesteed from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to a Spirit.
  5. Reins of the Vinesteed enters the battlefield, triggering Chishiro, creating a 2/2 Spirit token.
