Steps

  2. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying {2}{U}, targeting Akroan Conscriptor.
  3. Akroan Conscriptor triggers, causing you to untap the creature with Leyline Immersion attached.
  4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, returning it to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
