Steps
  1. Activate the creature with Leyline Immersion attached by tapping it, adding {4}{U} that can only be spent to cast spells.
  2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying {3}{U}, targeting Akroan Conscriptor.
  3. Akroan Conscriptor triggers, causing you to untap the creature with Leyline Immersion attached.
  4. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite mana, you may target another creature with Clockspinning to get infinite proliferate, or you may use Akroan Conscriptor's ability to untap any other creature(s) you control.
