Steps
  1. Activate Kindred Boon by paying {1}{W}, putting a divinity counter on any creature you control that has a +1/+1 counter on it.
  2. Activate that creature using Myojin of Seeing Winds's ability by removing a divinity counter from it, causing you to draw a card for each permanent you control.
  3. Activate two mana-producing permanents by tapping them, adding at least {1}{W}.
  4. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding two cards, untapping the mana-producing permanents.
  5. Repeat.
