Combo 1 with Chain Stasis

Also requires: Chain Stasis Chain Stasis
Results: Cast a subset of spells in your library · Infinite black mana · Infinite green mana · Infinite magecraft triggers · Infinite red mana · Infinite white mana
Steps
  1. Cast Chain Stasis by paying {U}, targeting Codie.
  2. Holding priority, activate Codie by paying at most {2} and tapping it, adding {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}.
  3. Resolve Chain Stasis, untapping Codie and causing you to pay {2}{U} to copy Chain Stasis, with the copy targeting Codie.
  4. Repeat from step 2.
  5. Once you have an arbitrarily large number of Codie triggers, you may choose not to copy Chain Stasis and cast any instant or sorcery by paying its mana cost.
  6. Codie triggers for each time you activated its ability.
  7. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to exile cards from the top of your library until you exile an instant or sorcery spell with lesser mana value, and allowing you to cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
  8. Repeat step 6 for each remaining trigger.
  9. You may also repeat this combo for each instant and sorcery card in your hand as mana permits, and on subsequent turns.

Combo 2 with Thassa's Ire

Also requires: Thassa's Ire Thassa's Ire
Results: Cast a subset of spells in your library
Show steps
  1. Activate Codie by paying {1} and tapping it, adding {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}.
  2. Activate Thassa's Ire by paying {3}{U}, untapping Codie.
  3. Repeat as desired, skipping step 2 on the final iteration.
  4. Once you have an arbitrarily large number of Codie triggers, cast any spell by paying its mana cost, reduced by the {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} added in step 1.
  5. Codie triggers for each time you activated its ability.
  6. Resolve the first trigger, causing you to exile cards from the top of your library until you exile an instant or sorcery spell with lesser mana value, and allowing you to cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
  7. Repeat step 6 for each remaining trigger.
