Activate Elite Arcanist by paying {3} and tapping it, causing you to cast a copy of Release to the Wind.
Resolve Release to the Wind, exiling Flaxen Intruder and allowing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled.
Cast Welcome Home from exile by paying {0}, creating three 2/2 Bear creature tokens and exiling Welcome Home.
When the Bears enter the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers three times.
Resolve the first trigger, untapping all creatures.
Activate any number of creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least {1}{G}.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 two additional times.
Cast Flaxen Intruder from exile by paying {G}.
When Flaxen Intruder enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
Repeat.
