Suspend 2—{2}{B}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{B}{B} and exile it with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if this card is suspended, that player may sacrifice a permanent of their choice. If the player does, put two time counters on this card."
